Hidden files

There are two type of hidden files. What i call normal hidden and system hidden.
Almost all virus have system hidden attribute. In default, windows don't show hidden files.
This is step by step to view them.

1.Open my computer.

2.In the menu bar, click tools..folder options..

3.Click view tab. In advance settings, search for hidden files and folders

4.Tick show hidden files and folders. (This option will view normal hidden files only)

5.Untick hide protected operating system files then click yes. (to unhide system hidden files)

6.Click ok.

Now all hidden files in your computer is visible. The hidden file you can see is faded.
Important! System hidden files is important files for your computer. not all hidden files are virus.
wrong delete will make your system fail to start.

AUTOEXEC.BAT
CONFIG.SYS
MSDOS.SYS
IO.SYS
ntldr
NTDETECT.COM
System Volume Information
hiberfil.sys
pagefile.sys

in your c:\ because they are important system files.
